Traditional recruiters find candidates. Tonnie does that AND ensures they're ready, relocated, and integrated. Our MESH algorithm measures readiness with data. Our cultural preparation reduces early attrition. And our Care program keeps talent engaged long-term.

Tonnie Business starts free — with pipeline management, basic readiness vetting, and up to 100 candidates. Sponsorship and enterprise pricing are personalized to your country and team size. Create your free account to see your rates.

Fee-based (pay per hire), Day Rate (dedicated team), Spot (urgent positions), and Cohort/Squad (group hiring). We flex to your needs — from a single specialist to a full team.

Tech (developers, AI, data, cloud), Construction (engineers, electricians, plumbers), Health (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists), and other specialist domains. Ask us about your specific needs.

Tonnie-Checked is our verification badge. It means a candidate has been assessed with MESH, reached a minimum IQulture threshold, and has verified credentials. It's a trust signal that reduces your hiring risk.

MESH evaluates four dimensions: Motivation (intent, resilience, commitment), English & Languages (functional communication), Soft Skills (adaptability, collaboration, cultural openness), and Hard Skills (role-specific competence). The result is an IQulture score. Learn more →
