Why Tonnie exists
International relocation is one of the most transformative experiences in a person’s life. It’s also one of the most stressful. Companies need global talent, but the process is broken — slow, opaque, and risky. Talents arrive unprepared. Companies invest blindly. And too many international hires fail within the first year.
We built Tonnie because we’ve lived this. We’ve seen brilliant professionals struggle not because they lacked skills, but because no one guided them through the complexity of moving to a new country.
